Warranty Policy

In keeping with our commitment to providing quality cabinetry and service that is unmatched in on Vancouver Island; Gillingham Cabinets will supply, free of charge to the original purchaser of Gillingham Cabinets, any parts found to be defective under normal use due to material failure or workmanship.

This warranty consists of an automatic non-transferable 2 year period from the invoice date.  Hinges, drawer-slides, and functional hardware have a life-time warranty.

Billing Policies

All orders will be invoiced from the date of shipment.

Gillingham Cabinets will invoice all orders held in our warehouse 15 days beyond the confirmed ship date.

Products not shipped after 30 days beyond the requested date will be subject to a $2.00 per case, per month storage charge for up to 12 months. If a claim is not made after this 12 month period, the product will become the property of Gillingham Cabinets.

Credit Applications by Contractors

A credit application must be completed before credit can be approved. On approved credit an account will be generated and given a set credit limit. A personal guarantee may be required to obtain this credit. Depending on the level of credit, a bank letter of credit may also be required for a 12 month term for the full amount of the credit limit.
